Municipal Funding/Contributions Spreadsheet by County
Click on your county for your municipal funding spreadsheet template. Input your Department information for submission. You can follow the same funding formula as the State funding formula, or you can create your own formula. It is left to the Department/Municipalities discretion to calculate their contribution amount. If you create your own funding formula you just need to put the Membership information into the spreadsheet and the dollar amount of their contribution. All of the yellow highlighted columns need to be completed in the spreadsheet. You don't need to input the Calls/Meetings/Trainings information if you use a different calculation than the State contribution calculation. After completion of your Municipal contribution sheet you can email it using the hyperlink on this page.
